Keeping your practice space clear of negative energy is so important. This space (and other spaces that you inhabit) are no different energetically than we are. They get under the weather, get filled with the energy of arguments, illness, dysfunctional behaviours and of course the lower vibrational attachments that seem to find their way into our environment and that can drain your energy, finances and mood so quickly.

This spray has been developed as an alternative to burning smudging sticks in the places. This spray can also be used for your yoga mat, your home , car  or work. The spray can be used in any area (give your bed a spray too as this is one spot that all sorts of negative energy can stagnate!)

Shake Well Before Use.

Yogi Calm Balm - after practice facial balm

  • Whilst this blend is specifically designed for people to use as a diffuser oil, both patchouli and frankincense have compounds and properties beneficial to our bodies and mind when applied topically as a massage. If you are going to use Franchouli topically please blend with a good quality carrier oil such as Golden Organic Jojoba Oil.

Always patch test before using any essential oil for the first time.

  • Your bottle of Franchouli contains only pure 100% alcohol free essential oils. It has already been blended to the correct formula so that all you need to do is to add a few drops to your diffuser, sit back, relax and enjoy.

    How much should you use?

We recomend 3-5 drops per 100ml of water but using this as a baseline you can decrease or increase the amount to your own liking.
