This meditation workshop will take us a level up from our entry level beginners workshops but is still very attainable for most people.
With Rob, one of our resident meditation gurus. Seated 30 min meditation followed by a 30 min slow walking meditation finishing with a 30 min seated meditation.
This practice is a great way to help you get into a deeper level of your meditation practice.
Walking meditation is akin to your yoga practice and done regularly can help in your yoga and seated meditation practice. We pace the breath with our foot connection to the floor which helps us move and remain connected to our inner self.
On Thursday evenings we have been practicing this with a 20-10-10 practice for past 6 weeks and on Sunday 13 July we are going practice the above with a 30-30-30.
