A workshop for those wishing to unpack or progress balancing asana such as Bhujapidasana (balancing on your hands / the asana after boat pose) and Sirsasana (headstands) and building strength for forearm balances. With her wealth of teaching experience Tania has helpful processes, techniques and tips to help support your learning with these asana regardless of where you are at in your yoga journey. Highly recommended for everyone - regardless of where you are in your practice.
