Classes using the traditional Ashtanga yoga Mysore-style method are an effective way to learn and deepen a yoga practice and are ideal for teens!
In these classes the teacher can meet you where you are at - enabling the teaching of the practice to be taylored to your body, energy and breathe.
We have many teenagers practicing with us in our Mysore-style classes. Most teenagers come to practice straight from school - and start around 4pm.
Suggested $10 koha contribution for each practice for teens.
