10x MYSORE STYLE CLASSES
Classes using the traditional Ashtanga yoga Mysore-style method are an effective way to learn and deepen your yoga practice.
In these classes the teacher can meet you where you are at - enabling the teaching of the practice to be taylored to your body, energy and breathe.
Most of our classes are taught in this very special and traditional format.
10x MEDITATION CLASSES
We also hold meditation classes. These are taught using a variety of formats dependent on the teacher.
NOTE: If you are a gold card holder, student or without a fulltime wage then please feel free to use the UNWAGED option.
