Astanga means eight limbs.


Asana (postures) are just one limb. Starting with asana the Astanga Yoga method cleverly leads us to the practice of all limbs.


In these workshops we consiously expand our understanding and application of the eight limbs in practice! We will be getting to the heart of the transformational aspects of the practice.


Gaining a deeper appreciation of these subtler aspects of the practice can fundamentally alter you!

$40 per session or $100 for all three
