9.30-12ish Sunday 12th June.
Especially for newer students and beginner yogis.
Starting with standing asana (postures), we will explore asana and breathe and some of the fundamental aspects of yoga (including bandhas, breathe and drishti).
After practice we will spend time exploring
- how to develop your practice with steadiness and consistency
- transformative potential of practice
- a little yoga philosophy and how it applies on and off the mat
- how to bring your yoga into life off the mat
There will be an opportunity to ask questions, explore asana in more depth and we will finish with a cuppa!
